How long does it take to get my changes made after I submit a maintenance request?
Your team member will get back to you immediately with a timeline for the request to be completed. Depending on the request, it could take anywhere from 2-7 business days.
What is covered in the 30 mins of website work?
This includes items like changing images, text, adding pictures to a gallery, changing contact info, etc.
If more changes need to be done, we can charge hourly or discuss a flat fee based on the project, such as if a redesign is needed.
Will my website be down while you are conducting updates or edits?
No. Typically the site does not suffer any down time. If there is down time expected, we will try to conduct those updates in the middle night so that normal business hours are not affected.
Will you host and maintain my site even if you did not develop it?
Yes. We host many sites that we did not build.
Do you Have Contracts?
Our contracts are month-to-month with a 45 day written notice of cancellation.
